Commercial Construction Estimator for a growing Construction Management firm. This full-time position will be responsible for the pricing of all phases of all types of commercial construction projects. They will be required to do thorough plan reviews, put together bid packages, solicit to qualified subcontractors and manage the entire bidding process.

Some of the requirements for this position:

• Must have at least 5 years of estimating on all phases of commercial construction
• Must have at least 3 years of working in the field on a commercial construction project in some type of supervisory role
• Be able to thoroughly review all types of construction documents and develop checklists/scope sheets
• Be proficient in various types of computer software programs (Excel, ProCore, BlueBeam, Timberline, etc.)
• Be well organized and able to handle pre-bid meetings and scope reviews
• Good communication skills and constant follow-through with all solicitations
• Have good leadership/people skills and able to work well with others in and outside our firm
